            We had a 15ft X 30 ft. Putting green installed last summer for a cost of $13,000. A month after installation a 3 ft in diameter indentation occurred. A technician was sent and he tried to smooth out the indentation but said the ground was too hard and would need to return. A few months passed and I could not reach anyone other than a recording . I left numerous messages and no one would return my phone calls. Due to COVID it was difficult to find anyone to address the problem so we left it till this summer. In June of 2021, we noticed that the entire turf was full of lumps and pumps with weeds growing out of the green. We called plush grass again and it took them a month to send someone out again. We met with ****** who was supposed to have scheduled someone to come out and redo the entire turf in August. I have been calling every week to find out when we are scheduled but again no one answers the phone or returns phone calls. If I do not hear by 8/26 I will call *********************

            NO STARS if I could submit a review without any.My experience was similar to Noahs below. The office manager, ***** did a site visit on August 9, discussed the project with myself and my GC and took measurements. She also gave me product samples. She sent me a quote on August 23. When I called to follow up and mention that we modified, actually marginally reduced the area to be done, ***** told me not sign the contract that PlushGrass would come and do a final measurement. I followed up countless times over the month of September and left numerous phone messages none of which were received. On Oct 11, I got a call from my neighbor who was using them that they were here and wanted to come install. This time it was **** the owner and lead installer who came over and meet with myself and my GC. He said that we needed the posts for our fence installed before that Thursday, Oct 13 at 8am when he would be here to install the turf. AND, that he did not have the turf we agreed on with ***** but a different one. On Oct 13 **** did not show. Later he did speak to my GC and said he was stuck on another project whose scope increased 4x on install and we would have to wait AND that the product we wanted while available would not be warranted as it was being discontinued! It took me 2 weeks and countless calls to get more information. Then, ***** suggested another product, resent the quote and the price went from $8,000 to $18,000 !!!! AND, said, that the window for install likely was now closed as it is the end of October and the weather had changed. I am now left with dirt and mud on my property. When I called to speak to either ***** or **** the owner, no return call. ***** just sent a CYA email.
