              On 5/30/20, WB Lightning Rods installed 8 copper rods on our home in Jacksonville, FL, at a cost of $5,800. Included in the contract, ******* ****** typed in and initialed: We we'll remove and reinstall wen it's time for a new roof at no cost [typos were his]. He uninstalled the rods on 9/21/20. Our new roof was completed in early January 2021, and we contacted Mr. ****** by mid-January to let him know he could reinstall the rods. He returned our call and said he would do it 'in the spring.' In early April, we spoke with him on the phone and he said he 'would be down in a couple of weeks' and to give him dates that would work for us, which we did. Never heard from him again until mid-May when he called & said 'don't call me, I'll call you' after we had tried on multiple days to contact him by phone & text. Have since sent text msgs to please contact us, but he has refused to do so. He is under contractual obligation to replace the rods, which is what we want him to do.
