    I went to Melvin's for two drive axles to be installed on my Honda Pilot. One was installed in May the other on July 6. On July 5th, my business was partially closed due to holiday. We used the Honda to clean a doctors office that was closed and my parents. The drivers door was wide open before I drove home. On July 6, we picked up the Honda and drove it home, 1 mile away. My employee was driving it and parked outside my garage so I could back it in. When she opened the door it made a loud cracking noise. I ran over and yanked the door 5 times to get it shut. There was new damage on the right fender, I took pictures and sent them to Melvin's cell number. They saw them the next day. I drove over in the morning and Jose looked at the damage. He chuckled and said "this happens all of the time, we have a small parking lot". It made me uncomfortable, because I had just removed the T-tag and gotten a pin strip added. I had a detail appt that week. I asked him what was the process and he said "they look at the cameras to see who did it, if they couldn't determine who, they would pay for it". I waited 3 days and called back. He said "he saw no one hit the vehicle". Jose said "they would put it on insurance, then said they wanted the ins company to investigate it" I have spoken with the ins company and they still haven't gotten back to me. I took pictures under each camera at Melvin's and sent them to the ins co. When we drove in you could clearly see the drivers side of the vehicle on 3 cameras. All they have to do is screen shot and enlarge it. We drove by three cameras when the vehicle was picked up. On Aug 18, at Price Honda, there was a small tear on the drivers side boot. They said it wasn't wear and tear. It also wasn't there May 10 when they diagnosed the vibration (drive axles). They had pics. It could happen on install. I went to Price for the A1 service, since I would not feel safe in Melvin's parking. It's been 4 months, not acceptable.
