I have 2 issues with this company: 1 - poor communication 2 - poor installation/ability to get it resolved I originally contacted Paddy's regarding 2 doors I wanted replaced that was quoted and had a deposit paid in March of 2022. They informed materials were expected to arrive in June of 2022 and they checked in with me every week or so to let me know they haven't arrived yet. They then contacted me end of May 2022 to inform me the materials arrived and I would be contacted to schedule the install. Over the next 4 weeks, I called the office and was told the project manager would contact me to schedule the install. This never happened. I then had to email them on June 10th, 2022 and informed them that if we couldn't schedule anything by June 14th, 2022 I wanted my deposit back and to cancel the install. We finally were able to get an install date for the 23rd of June, but it had to be rescheduled to the 1st of July. It was supposed to be a 1 day install but now I am on the 4th day of scheduled repairs where the work is still incomplete and I have taken off 2 days from work and scheduled day care for my dog, all which is more than what was originally scheduled. The 4th day scheduled had to be cancelled when I called around 3 PM since they had not arrived even though I took off from work for the repair. They did not communicate the amount of time needed for the repair as the one door will have to be completely removed to be fixed. They intended on sending someone at 4pm to fix it. Also trash was left outside and had to be moved into my house to prevent damage or injury due to rain.
