4/6/2016 Sean was very friendly, but was insistent on needing to purchase two fans. He initially was going to replace the first fan, until my father informed him the other fan was hot, so then both fans needed replacement. The overall estimate was ridiculously expensive $1750. I was able to get the same job done the next day for half the cost.

1/14/2016 Our heater broke. I called the people we usually use, but they were busy so i left a message. I decided to look at other places just in case. I saw a commercial for horizon. I set up a home analysis. They did testing and determined that not only did i need a new heater, but i needed to upgrade. The guy who came out was professional and knew what he was selling. Thats the problem. He was selling. He was a salesman. We stated right off the bat that we wanted the cheapest unit possible because we were moving in a year or two. He gave us 3 quotes. All were alot more than we wanted to spend. Payment plan was for 10 years. He said could be installed friday or Saturday. After i asked if they could install it Saturday if i got back to them the next day, he said Saturday wasn't available. They did a great job with the analysis and fitting the most efficient unit for our home, but we weren't ready for that price. We would have to upgrade duct work and electric to accommodate this new unit. I was impressed with all they did, was not impressed with the aggressive sales tactics. Our system is over 30 years old, we are getting the same size system we have now for half the price. We were made to believe that anything else wont pass codes. I believe this company as a whole is good, but it did not fit our budget.

1/11/2016 Nice, friendly tech, but didn't know much about my Kohler shower faucet. It was his first Kohler repair.

12/22/2015 The technician was very nice; however, during 25 degree weather our furnace was not working at all. He stated that he would check the warehouse for the part and if not available, he would order it. We did not receive a call back the next day as promised and we were without heat for almost 3 days. After numerous calls back to Horizon, I was informed that the part wasn't ordered and their tech had to come back to get the serial number of our unit. The next tech they sent DID have the part on the truck and it was not an item that needed ordered. He repaired the problem and we had heat. Perhaps this individual needs additional training on the units.
