            Cochran Oil & Propane installed and serviced LP Gas tanks at the homes in the Officer's Row and Canal District being developed by Rockwell Custom Homes until the conversion from LP to natural gas lines could be completed. Once the conversions began, Cochran began removing tanks. We had been told by Cochran that we would be reimbursed for the LP Gas remaining in the tanks. However, after Cochran began removing tanks, we were told by Cochran that reimbursement would be offset by tank removal fees. We contend that the agreement for the tank installation was made between Cochran and Rockwell (see example attached), that we should therefor not be responsible for removal fees, and that we are owed the refund for the gas remaining in our tanks. We have sent individual and collective letters to Cochran (examples attached), but have not received replies in any form. We have also informed Rockwell of our position (see attachment); however, it is Cochran who is withholding our reimbursement.

            I called this company for Burner service on my oil furnace. They sent a guy out immediately. He got there and I specifically told him, all I wanted was for him to clean the service the unit. I wasn't at home and my daughter relayed his messages. After an hour or so he says I have a problem with the power exhaust, which was not what we discussed. He then said there's no reason to clean the unit. if its not working. Not what I asked him to do! He proceeded to bill me for $125 for telling me this. No cleaning, just his opinion. Again not what was requested! I called the parent company and they said the owner would call me the next day, that was 10 days ago. Bad Businesss!
