              Took my vehicle to them on sept 27th for an oil change, while i was waiting they came out and notified me that they ran the engine without oil and the motor had seized up. they stated they found a new motor and would have it in 2-3 days. that afternoon they had a salesman call me and offer 49,000 for a trade in value. i said no, please have the owner call me. I did not hear anything from the dealership until today oct 11th that the truck was ready for pickup. My vehicle was still dirty and im not 100% clear on what was all done or not done to it. just beware taking your service work to Willis Chevrolet, if something major happens to you, you will not feel like a valued customer. I have been buying Chevy trucks my whole life and we are currently Active duty military family.
