    On 3/2/2021, my 2015 Land Rover Evoque was serviced at this Land Rover dealership to replace Exhaust System Oxygen (O2) sensors at the cost of $1048.98. On 3/31/2021, I received an email from Jaguar Land Rover North America advising of their decision to offer additional warranty benefits related to the Exhaust System Oxygen (O2) sensors in certain vehicles. The Range Rover Evoque, Model Year 2013-2017 was among the vehicles listed. The email further advised if any current owner "has already paid for this concern before the date of this letter, Land Rover is offering a refund." It further states "In order to qualify for a refund, please provide your authorized retailer with the original paid receipt." As of this date, I have not received my refund. On April 1, 2021, my husband took my paid receipt back to the dealership. The business manager was out of the office, but a copy was made of the receipt. Approximately 1 month later, my husband returned to the office and was told "everything was being handled by the corporate office". On June 24, 2021, I sent an email to Land Rover NA. Customer Relationship Centre. Having received no response, I again emailed them on August 10, 2021. I received a response on August 12, 2021. I was advised "all reimbursements are processed through our retailers", and "we would refer you to your preferred Land Rover retailer for a status update." On 9/29/2021, I called the dealership and ask to speak to the Service Manager. I was advised no one was available, but I could leave a voice mail message on "******'s" voice mail, which I did and asked for a callback. Another attempt was made shortly before the end of the year (unfortunately I didn't make note of the date). My husband caused a bit of a ruckus and spoke with the General Manager, *** ******. It is almost a full year later, and I still have not received my refund check. And guess what? Another pair of sensors need to be replaced on my car!!

    I’ve been waiting on a warranty part for almost a year. Service mgr Jordan will not return phone calls. I paid $3000. Extra For this service. When I call for vehicle schedule maintenance they don’t come to service my car unless I call back the day of appointment then they tell me they .are on the way after 5hrs waiting when my appointment was supposed to be at 8:00. I’m never buying another vehicle from this outfit ever again. This is not good business. I purchased my vehicle new in 2016 I only have 21,000 miles on it. All of my appointments I book at least a 3 weeks ahead.
