DAYTON, OHIO, January 27, 2012 - Have you interacted with a local business or charity you feel demonstrates a high level of honesty and integrity? Or, maybe you believe your own business models these characteristics for the community. Nominate the organizations that come to mind today for your BBB’s Eclipse Integrity Awards, which are presented to organizations for demonstrating trust and excellence in the marketplace. There are only a few more days to do so.
Nominations can be made by visiting www.dayton.bbb.org. Or, call (937) 222-5825 or (800) 776-5301. The deadline to nominate an organization other than your own is February 1. The deadline for self-nominations is March 2. (If you’re self-nominating, review the nominating procedures on your BBB’s Web site, www.dayton.bbb.org, or contact your BBB for the complete nomination form.)
There are four award categories for businesses based on the number of employees. And, new this year, your BBB has two award categories for nonprofits: one for nonprofits with revenue ranging from $0 - $500,000 and one for those with revenue of $500,001 or more. The winners will be selected by an independent panel of judges and honored at the Eclipse Integrity Awards dinner on May 8, 2012 at the David H. Ponitz Sinclair Center, 444 W. Third St., Bldg. 12, Dayton.
Your BBB is hosting an information session about completing the nomination process for businesses and nonprofits. The seminar is February 9 from 7:30 - 9 a.m. at Sinclair Community College. Reservations can be made by calling (937) 222-5825 or (800) 776-5301.
