About Dayton Crayons to Classrooms

Dayton Crayons to Classrooms (DC2C) is a not-for-profit teacher resource center that collects and distributes basic school supplies at no cost to teachers of children in need.  The ultimate goal of DC2C is to serve all high-need, K-12 schools in the Dayton area — those with 70% or more students qualifying for the National School Lunch Program – currently 88 schools with 26,500 students fit this criteria. DC2C is currently serving 38 of those schools—each year more schools are added to our list so we can serve more teachers and students through steady, careful growth to ensure that DC2C can provide much-needed supplies for teachers and their students.
