DAYTON, OHIO, August 26, 2011 – Your Better Business Bureau has revoked the Accreditation of a local company for failure to meet your BBB’s Standards For Trust. Your BBB’s board of directors revoked the company’s Accreditation at its July 12th meeting.
The company is:
Loving The Classics
Miamisburg, OH 45342
One of your BBB’s Standards for Trust is Accredited Businesses need to establish and maintain a positive track record in the marketplace. Be free of an unsatisfactory rating and maintain at least a B rating at the accrediting BBB. Loving The Classics’ BBB Accreditation was revoked for failure to abide by this standard. Your BBB contacted the company multiple times in writing regarding a pattern of complaints regarding delivery issues. The company made a written commitment to revise company policies and customer service to address the pattern. Unfortunately, additional complaints have been filed regarding the delivery issues. Therefore, the pattern has not been addressed and the BBB rating dropped below a minimum rating of B. Your BBB sent a certified letter to the company advising of suspension of Accredited Business status and offering assistance.
According to your BBB and its board of directors, your BBB’s Standards for Trust are designed to offer consumers and businesses confidence before they make purchasing decisions. Expulsion from BBB Accreditation is unfortunate; however enforcing these standards is taken very seriously. These standards also are applied to new applicants that can be denied BBB Accreditation if not in compliance.
Businesses and consumers are urged to contact your BBB to find unbiased and reliable information that evaluates the trustworthiness of companies based on a set of high standards so you can have confidence in your choice. Visit
