            ***************** (owner) said it will take 8-10 weeks to get the windows in on Sept. 17, 2019. On June 22, 2020 his 3 man crew sowed up with 13 windows. ******* (office manager) said they'll be here 2 days to install them. Installer removed triple track storm window, cut out wooden guild rails. New window wrong size!!! Installers then nailed and caulked old window back into frame! No storm window then left. Only 4 of 13 according to ***** (owner) may work. On July 10, 2020, ***** (owner) wanted to give me my 500.00 back and leave me hanging! I gave him $3,000.00 more to get it done!!
