    Robert is amazingly unprofessional and rude. He gave me 3 hour window 3-6 when he would show for estimate. I sat at the property for 3 hours waiting. No show, no call, no text. As I was leaving he suddenly call and said he was 10 mins away and asked me to wait. I agreed because I had already invested 3 hours. He called back enraged and said I had listed the property address in the notes and had filled out the form wrong. I hadn't. The property is not my address so I had listed the correct location in the notes which he had failed to read. He accused me of screwing up even though he had had 3 hours to figure it out. His tone was harsh so I told him I'd just pass on the estimate and find someone else. He then texted me repeatedly calling me a fool and an ass. The Sun can't set on this place fast enough

    As I told you before I am professional to those who deserve it. I sometimes have to give a 3 hour window because I run so many estimates. I tried to kindly explain that you put your home address in the service address box, and I kindly tried to explain that I was late because of you, and you hang up on me, waste my time, and tell me nevermind. You had me driving to your home address. But, what if it was an honest mistake, that's not alright either. I called back enraged because you can find someone else to mistreat over a mistake that you made. You must be used to other businesses accepting your poor behavior with this philosophy that the customer is always right. NO, not when it comes to how you try to me. I wasn't even upset that you wasted my time, and that you interrupted me while I tried to apologize over an address.. something so silly, and I find myself talking to the air because you hung up on me. Things went downhill real fast when you start trying to be insulting and tell me I need to learn how to read. Actually, you are a fool. You are retired, and I am 49, and you have us on here arguing like a couple kids. Bottom line learn how to act and talk

    As I said before, I am professional to those who deserve it. I have to give a 3 hour window because sometimes I run a lot of estimates in a day. Sometimes I still don't get them before 6, but I try. Occasionally I end up being late anyway, due to the amount of estimates I have to run, but I called 10 minutes late to let you know I was on my way, that seems kind of professional, I think, and I was late because of you. It does not even make sense that I would show my fury over you filling out a request form wrong, this is just silly to anybody that even reads that, why would I even do that Mr H*****. You had me driving to your home address not the service address.I KINDLY tried to explain to you that you put your home address where I was to go for the estimate. I wasn't even upset or enraged as you put it, about you wasting my time, or filling out the request form the wrong way. I was upset that you were trying to be insulting and telling me I need to learn how to read, over a mistake that you made, and that I only figured out that you hung up on me, because I was talking to the air, and to waste my time further, and tell me nevermind. Yes, I called back, you didn't answer. So I texted. You must be used to contacting businesses that tolerate your poor behavior, that operate with this philosophy that the customer is always right. NO, customers are not always right, not when it comes to how you try to talk to someone. I tried that philosophy for almost 30 years, and I really just can't help it anymore, sometimes, when I go absolutely out of my way to keep up with customer service, and to be kind and respectful, and still have to listen to someone's flippity *** comments. But, what if it was an honest mistake and it was my fault, but I have the request form that you filled out, with your HOME address. Is this how you behave over someone making a mistake, you tell them to learn how to read and hang up the phone on them while they are trying to explain and apologize for your mistake. Yes, you are an ***, you don't make mistakes? This is the process we all learn by Chuck, by making a mistake. I can't even imagine me actually acting like you did to another person. Forgive me if I seem insulting. You probably don't like it either. I don't understand where someone pulls that behavior from. Your behavior was obviously absurd enough to get that kind of a reaction out of me. My time is just as valuable as yours, actually more valuable, with you being retired and all, and actually, you are a fool. You retired, and me 49, and you got us on here arguing like a couple kids, when you know the friction started on your end. Bottom line. Learn how to talk and act, and you might get a different response from someone you are trying to do business with. My customer reviews do not speak about how amazingly unprofessional and rude I am. The only bad reviews that we have are because of certain customers ,such as yourself, that think....... actually I don't know what some of you guys are thinking when you think you can say and do what you want, without any rebuttal. Thanks for the review though, it allowed me to vent about you, I actually feel better, thanks. I was actually pretty angry at you over the weekend. Have a nice day Mr H*****.

    The form asks for your address. There is no place for a service address on his form so I put it in the notes. He didn't read the notes until he got to my address. Late. He claims that was my mistake. I'm still getting unsolicited text messages from him such as this morning's "You're are a fool and a MAJOR ***". He's clearly unprofessional and I'm not the only person to have problems with his behavior.

    I didn't even think of you over the weekend. Not until you started sending rude text messages to me Monday morning. I just checked and your web site still asks for the customers address and there is no where but the remarks section to list a service address. There is nothing to indicate you want the service address listed and not the home/billing address. You went to the home address and not to the service address because you didn't read the remarks. Somehow you still seem to think that's my fault when it clearly was yours. There wasn't anything kindly about your first call. You immediately started scolding me instead of trying to resolve YOUR mistake. I don't do business with people like that and will gladly recommend others don't either.
