            In May of 2023 Houser replaced a driveway apron and porch cap. The employee (****) suggested and recommended pouring the porch to the end of the block instead of having an overhang on all sides. **** said it would add strength to the pad. I told him, I would not have a problem with that as long as the railing fit back on. **** assured me it would. **** told Houser it was my idea and that I was involved and directed them in every aspect of the work being done. That was not true, **** was being dishonest. Since then, I have talked too other concrete people and I was told, porch caps are poured with an overhang to prevent water running down the foundation and creating issues in the future with the foundation. **** and Houser should have known this. I wanted a meeting with the Company and ****. I was not granted that, they sent **** to meet with me. I want the porch cap replaced by Houser.

            They suck, get what you pay for. Original quote misleading and not clear. All of driveway was NOT sealed so curb has flaked apart after winter. Called and tried to get fixed but they ignored me, said I could another new curb for $1800. They'll never get another penny out of me, nor any recommendation to others wanting driveway work.
