This dealership has questionable integrity and childish employees from the sales manager on down. Read more for my reasoning. The two stars are because of positive experience with their parts department.
I was ready to purchase a new motorcycle today. I informed my salesman I found the same year and make of new motorcycle I was interested in, cheaper at another location. Without a qualifier, he told me he could beat the price, but that I needed to check on the setup and freight costs. I contacted the other dealership and received a quote still cheaper than what competition accessories was offering. When I informed the salesman, he checked and stated he couldn't touch the price. I then spoke with the manager who said the same. When I asked about the word of the salesman, the manager defended his position, but didn't acknowledge the mistake of the salesman. I then called into question the integrity of the business due to the representative of the business (the salesman) offering on something and not delivering. Instead of offering an apology, the manager allowed his ego to be hurt and his blood pressure to rise continuing to defend his dealership instead of offering an apology or stating he would discuss future interactions with his employee. At this point, he told me it was time to leave. I didn't push the issue and agreed to leave, shaking his hand before I did so. As I left, I told the salesman to have a nice day. When pulling out of the parking lot, the salesman walked out the door and flipped me off when my back was to him in my car (I saw it in my rear view mirror). I pulled back into a parking spot and as I was waking back to the dealership I told him I like the gesture and we should go back inside. The salesman didn't like me addressing his rudeness and told me to "f*ck off and leave." Instead of leaving, I approached the manager and described the rude gesture as I was getting ready to pull out of the parking lot, and asked if this is how his employees are allowed to act. He said no. After speaking with the salesman for a few moments, the manager made it clear no changes would be made and they would continue to be as rude as they wanted to be to any customers in the future. I was then told to leave the premasis.
