    I have a 2021 road glide that I purchased from Harley. I purchased an air ride system to be installed from Harley in August 2021. It look over 2 months to get it there. Then I store it there for the winter in their VIB storage until March. I had not rode my bike since the air ride was put on from being in storage for the winter. The first ride out my air ride messed up and the buttons on the dash started smoking! The following day when Harley was open, I called them and needed them to come get my bike from my home. Which they did and then told me that the wiring on the switches are bad and need replaced! Then that following week we called on Wednesday to make sure the part had been ordered and if they had an estimated ship date. Well the guy said they couldn’t find a work order in the system or my name and he would have to get with his manager and call me back! Never received a call back so I called the boss up there and told them what was going on and she said she was going to get down to the bottom of it! Later that day the shop called me to tell me there was a miscommunication and the part was ordered but they don’t have any confirmation or expected ship date! My bike has been in the shop for a couple weeks now which will be going on the third week! I am paying for a $30,000 bike that doesn’t know when it is getting fixed and no communication on Harley’s part either! I am very dissatisfied and would like to ride my bike before winter!

    Ive bought 2 bikes from Buckeye Harley-Davidson and everytime they are extremely professional and helpful. they have an awesome service manager and sales manager. everytime i go in for anything im greeted with a smile and by name. love this place. will continue to shop here
