this business has failed to finish all the electrical work we wanted completed.they did not fix all the electrical work that they had messed up there is four outlets that do not work that they installed. There is 2 outlets that are not installed where we wanted them. Switches up and down stairs that are not hooked up to lights we wanted hooked up to. Furnace on off switch incorrectly installed in wrong spot from where we wanted it, and labeled wrong. The whole time we where hooking up gas line the furnace was on. Drywall not repaired after putting holes in ceiling. Terrible customer service where the owners call you a liar and say you'll never be satisfied, we would have been satisfied if it was all working correctly. The electrician made a joke that if I didn't make a payment to him that he knew where I lived and he would just blow our house up if I didn't pay them, he stated this when I was retrieving my credit card info. The funny thing is he almost did almost blow up my house by incorrectly labeling the furnace on off switch. The owner stated that he would fix it and has not came back since 11-21-2014 and I'd rather just get my money back and find another contractor.

I would personally like a refund because of the terrible customer service and the statement that the owner and electrician said to us. If anything at least 2000 to have someone else fix what they can not

My correspondence is in regards to Case # XXXXXXXX. I have over 20 years of experience in the Service Industry. This particular situation is beyond compare of any other customer encounter that I know.

The customer hired us to repair electrical work initially installed by another contractor. Our electrician completed the tasks and received approval from the customer indicating he was satisfied with the work. The next day the customer called our office and expressed his dissatisfaction with the job. I telephoned the customer and reviewed the items he was concerned about. I wrote a list of items and read them back to the gentleman to be certain we had covered every aspect of the complaint. I called our electrician and made sure he was aware of every item noted on the list. He returned to the clients residence and made the necessary changes. The customer signed-off on the repairs indicating he approved of the work. Therefore I thought all the issues were resolved.

To my surprise the customer called our office again regarding the electrical work we performed. This time I sent a company sales representative to review the items the customer noted. He was taken
back by the customer's condition because he appeared intoxicated. He threatened our representative with bodily harm and referred to our electrician's helper with the "N" word. The whole matter is quite unsettling. We arranged for our electrician to try once again to complete the work and make the customer happy. This time the customer was unavailable for dates we tried to complete the work. Then our electrician was on vacation for two weeks. Finally, we tried once again to reschedule with the customer and he said
he didn't want us to finish the work and that he found someone else to do it.

If you review our past record, you will see that we do well at achieving our customers' satisfaction. It is very unsettling to have terrible statements made regarding our
technicians. Honestly, unless I heard an audio of our tech saying such threats, I could not believe such accusations. The fact that the customer mentions that we worked on his furnace indicates that he is mistaken. We only did work on the electrical system of the home, the furnace was not involved.

As I noted earlier, this situation is unbelievable. We have tried repeatedly to rectify
the dispute with no avail. Since the customer refused our additional attempts to help, I
believe he has made the decision.

A breakdown of what really happened

I called to tell owner the items that her electrician said he was not going to do 3 things unless I paid him more money above the $3000, even though he agreed to do everything under 3000 before he started working and he would not write me a contract up when I asked him to type me one up, he just said he do it all under $3000. I called ***** before they was finished with all the electric work we wanted done, which her worker said he would do what we wanted done by that Friday until I call his place of work.

The electrian then came back to my house after he realized that I had contacted his place of work and he did the extra 3 things that he wanted more money for before I call his boss and complained, then the electrian said I had to sigh this paper stating that he finished the three task that his boss made him do, after sighing the paper I asked him if he was going to finish the rest of the work and he says to me that ***** said this all I have to do and I'm done then he left.

She states that she sent a company sales representative when actual she sent her husband a company owner named **** ******, a person of interest. Someone that will profit off this if this complaint is removed.
She/he is accusing my father in law and I of being Intoxicated, for one I don't drink unless it's a holiday like New Years. My father in law has ptsd from Vietnam and he can't stand someone calling him a liar and telling him he will never be satisfied with the work, my father in law did lose himself when **** ****** kept arguing that we are liars and can't be satisfied and he said he would knock him out if he keeps calling us liars.
Morris heating and airs electrian hooked up the electrical to the furnace we had upstairs in attic, she states that they did nothing to the furnace, when actually they hooked up the on/off switch to our furnace which he labeled wrong. which is something extra that I did not ask her workers to do, other then putting an outlet next to furnace so it could be hooked up later by my hvac guy.
I could not remember electricians helpers name so I kept saying the other guy because I did not want to be rude and say the black guy and **** ****** called me out saying the black guy and I said yes then I stated to him I didn't want to say something like the "n"word because I don't like pointing out people's differences. ( I was smarting off to him after argument.)

She states that they tried to arrange for their electrian to come back and fix everything, after we had talk to **** ****** that day he said he would be back to fix everything, we never got so much as a call since 11-21-14 until January 7 when they realized that I reported them to my credit card company as not finishing the work and running with my money which is considered fraud. If you would like my phone records and my father in laws records we will be happy to provide them to you to prove no contact has been made since **** ****** has left my house 11-21-14
