My entire hvac system is rusted beyond repair and needs replaced. Had 2 different companies tell me that it was due to poor installation. Was suggested by another company to contact Edington to see if there was a warranty. Apparently owner of Edington thought it would be more important to call and hassle the other HVAC company I was using to dispute the facts instead of actually calling me back about the issue (still haven’t heard back). In the past with Edington I got charged for for 2 service calls even though they were within a week of each other and for the same issue. Disputed the bill and refused to pay it and severed ties with Edington. The owner also discussed that with my new HVAC company to try and make me look bad to make it sound like I don’t pay my bills. I don’t know how this company has stayed in business! Giving away personal misleading information to try to make yourself look good is so unprofessional. Would like partial refund for money to go towards new unit with a reputable company as it is going to cost over 10K.
