I purchased a reclining sofa that was a special order. It was delivered wrapped in plastic and the delivery driver told me that the $100 delivery fee I paid did not include the unwrapping of the plastic. Immediately after he left, I cut all of the plastic off to realize that the sofa was not in alignment. The entire left side sits approximately 10 inches forward from the rest of the sofa. I notified the store, and they sent a representative from their warranty department to examine it on December 12th. I took off work for this appointment. I was told the entire couch needed replaced. But then I never heard from anyone. I called the store and talked to the store manager, Jonah. Despite being told the couch would need to be replaced, he said a part had been ordered and it would take 2 weeks to come in. On January 24th, I took off work again, but instead of someone coming to fix the couch (as I had been told), 2 men dropped off a small box with a part inside. Again, I heard nothing from anyone. I called the store back, and they sent ANOTHER representative from the warranty department on February 14th. I took off work AGAIN. He didn't open the box, he looked at the sofa, said he had no idea what to do. He said he would "put in for a replacement." I still have not heard from anyone. I have called the store multiple times, and can not get a call back. I have called corporate and was directed to an automated line and promised a call back. Still no call. I have tried to chat with them, and the AI chat says they are unable to help me.
