Final payment for room addition was Aug 2, 2023. 2,756.25. And a ten year strutual warranty I don’t see how this is a A+ rating company. They have put me thru problem after problem. And just when I thought that the job was completed and finished, now my walls are cracking at the seams and around the ceiling. East Company took so long to complete the job they kept me upset. Now I’m upset again. I paid $11,025.00. My case worker Demitrous has called on my behalf. I’ve called 3 times and nothing has been done to correct the problem since Dec 6, 2023. Since brought to attention continued problems. Not only did Mario break into my enclosure but they didn’t put the ty-vek on my enclosure, they tore up my sidewalk, ruined my lawn, cursed me out, accused me of everything being my fault the owner Bob Bowman told me he wished he never me, also 3 months ago my handyman discovered my door wasn’t screwed on. This company is not a A+ company. They failed 2 inspections I wish I never met them nevertheless, I treated them respectfully, I hope that they are not doing this to other customers or perhaps it was just me that they took advantage of.
