            All American Home Remodeling was contracted to remodel a half bath along with a few additional items. There is a detailed contract which includes a warranty. The owner, who sells the service, does not participate in the work. He was absent until he wanted payment. Workers were pulled frequently which prolonged my project. Last day of job (as he rushed his crew to finish) , he arrived wanting final installment paid. Work was still in progress. I had not yet seen final results, but was rushed to make final payment. *Trusting , I looked at the amount he pointed to and paid it. After he left, I noticed that he had added over $1000. to the balance for 'replacement of woodwork that he had removed! After workers left I found that the painting in bath had not been completed. It was corrected the next week. When the additional costs were discussed, he tried to justify it. A week later, I noticed that the new wallpaper was lifting. A worker who admitted that he had never used that product removed and reapplied with a wall prep he chose. This issue repeated . Again, the worker came back with yet another product -spraying it under same sheets (After I was required to purchase more paper). The results were lumps, bumps and ruined finish on the (expensive) paper! The owner now is refusing to make any further corrections. I'm stuck . I asked him for a refund so that I could get someone to fix.

             I would not recommend All American Home Remodeling. In my opinion this company is not a Professional and Trustworthy company to do business with, and I would not recommend anyone giving this company any of their business, because they do not keep their word and they are not forthcoming or truthful. The following are my chain of events;   In December of 2021, I had an estimate for a project at my home. The representative of All American Home Remodeling gave me an estimate by early January of 2022 which I accepted and paid $3,000.00 in advance at the signing of this agreement. The agreement was that 4 weeks prior to the start of the job I was to pay $6,000.00 more. This job was to start by March of 2022. On March 10 of 2022 the  representative of All American  Home Remodeling collected my $6000.00 plus an additional $866.00 for an increase in prices, totaling to $9866.00 so they could move forward with this job. That was the last time I saw the owner of All American Home Remodeling. The project did not start 4 weeks after I gave him  my good faith money, nor did he answer any of my phone calls or emails or text messages when I tried to contact the representative concerning when they would start my project. (7 months total of All American Home Remodeling having my money and doing nothing)  It wasn't until July 2022, 4 months after paying  All American Home Remodeling this money in March that he answered my text after I said that I will be seeking Legal action against All American Remodeling to the Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office. Only then did All American Home Remodeling communicate with me through a text only and at that time agreed to refund all of my good faith money back to me.
