            On 10/07/2021 I took my vehicle to be serviced at Buckeye Ford. I was to receive a Transmission Flush. The price being $241.03 for this service that they explained was special compared to other transmission flush procedures. I have experienced issues since and have reached out to the dealership as well as my mother pertaining the issues. I was contacted by a manager who responded to my review on google and I've returned his call only to be told he isn't in all week. On Wednesday the 13 bought some transmission treatment to put in to help with the slipping. Today when going to put it in my buddy and I observed that my transmission fluid is brown to mocha colored and appears to have not been changed, flushed at all. I took pictures also and called the dealership again to no avail. I was transferred to a manager who was annoyed at my claim and my name and phone number was taken and I still sit and wait. The service I paid for I didn't receive. They have my money and I need it back.

            BUYER BEWARE! I have been a loyal customer of “Quick Lane” (a.k.a. Buckeye Ford) in Sidney for over 5 years, bringing all three of my vehicles here for maintenance, oil changes, and tire rotations. For the past 5 years I have been very pleased with their service and prices….until today. I took my car in for another routine oil change. When I opened the glove box to get my Oakley sunglasses, I noticed they were missing. I went in and informed the Service rep. She went in the back to talk with the techs. When she returned, she said they didn’t have any sunglasses and “I trust my boys”. I explained I had just worn the sunglasses this morning and put them back in the glovebox like I always do. Those sunglasses have been in that glovebox for over 8 years. She replied she could take down my name and number and she would call me back if they were found. I knew that was never going to happen. It was clear from her tone she didn’t care. I was an annoyance. So I told her that after 5 years as a faithful customer she just lost my business, to which she replied, “Have a nice day!” in the most insincere way possible. If you take your car to Buckeye Ford, remove your valuables or take photos of everything. Then check your car BEFORE you leave the lot.
