Complaint Category: None of the Above - Customer Service Complaint Issue

Complaint: They scheduled an appointment to review my home and then did not show up. I left messages for a call back and never was called back.
I had an appointment scheduled for Friday, August 2nd between 5 and 6 and they never showed up. I got a message earlier in the day saying they could move my appointment to 3 to call them if this was ok. I did not call because nobody would be home at that time. I then called and left several messages for a call back to reschedule and have yet to hear from them.

Business' Initial Response
We made several attempts to contact the customer before the appointment. We left messages a few hours before the appointment to come out early or reschedule. The customer contacted us after 6 and asked for a crew to come out that day around 6 p.m. We said we couldn't make it out there on Friday after 6pm but we could reschedule for next week. She was adamant that was not going to happen and she wanted someone to come out that day. Unfortunately we couldn't make it out there at the original time agreed on. We made attempts to reschedule and were unsuccessful.

Consumer's Final Response
They called to schedule an appointment the week of 8/18/13 while I was on vacation. I returned their call on 8/26/13 and left them a message and once again have not heard back from them.

Complaint Resolution: Company addressed the complaint issues. The consumer failed to acknowledge acceptance to BBB.
