Complaint
This company did not provide the services it was contracted to provide.
We contracted in 2012 with this company to provide monitoring to our septic system as required by the county. They were supposed to come once a quarter. They came out once and never returned.

Desired Settlement
They should refund our money. The county forces us to have this contract and the company should abide by their agreement and not just steal money.

Mrs. *****:
I just received your complaint issued to the BBB regarding our company's lack of
services. On a 1-Year Monitoring Contract we are contracted or obligated to provide you
with 3 inspections, not four. Attached are copies of two of the three inspections that
should have been done at your home. I have looked through my records; unfortunately, I
can't find the January inspection; so it seems that we did miss one inspection. I want to
apologize for missing the inspection; our company works hard to try to accommodate our
customers and fulfill our agreements. Unfortunately, we had no idea that we missed the
inspection until we received a letter from the BBB. Had you called the office, in January,
when the inspection should have been done, and told us that we missed it, we would have
immediately went and inspected the system or refunded your money. Attached are copies
of the two completed inspections and a refund for the inspection that we missed. Again,
we are very sorry for the inconvenience; unfortunately, sometimes mistakes are made;
when it comes to our attention that we have made a mistake, we do the utmost to rectify
the problem and accommodate our customers in every way possible.
