Complaint
This company uses an deceptive and illegal advertising company.
I recently moved into a new house. There have been notices left on my front door of a "missed delivery" from Frontline Delivery that urges me to call a 214-307-1978 to get my delivery. Upon research it has been determined that this company is under investigation from the Texas DPS and law enforcement and consumer protection agencies (including BBB) in Arizona for deceptive advertising practices. Their list of clients is available on their website. http://frontlinedelivery.com/index Frontline Delivery is acting on behalf of its clients, including Abrock Pest Management and others to deceive and dupe consumers into accidently signing up for a tidal wave of solicitations and advertisements.

They provide no way to get off their spam/scam list, will not provide any contact information without first giving up your own personal information, and refuse to leave us alone despite repeated attempts.

Desired Settlement
I want this company to stop its deceptive advertising, stop claiming I "missed a delivery", and I want their clients, including Abrock Pest Management to demand an end to this deceptive practice.

Business Response
We had gift cards with Nu Home Products to advertise our business. Nu Home Products uses Frontline for their deliveries. We ended our advertising with this company in April and have had difficulty separating ourselves from them. It seems like a cancer that keeps growing on you. We have absolutely no association with Frontline Delivery. We are in no way trying to deceive anyone into signing up for a wave of solicitation. That is a false statement by this person made toward Abrock Pest Management.
