- Length of time business has been operating.

On January 20, 2010, the BBB requested that the company describe key aspects of its business model. Specifically, the BBB asked the company to provide information regarding its compensation plan in order to determine whether it is functioning as a pyramid promotional scheme. The BBB tried to determine if the independent consultant's primary source of compensation was through recruitment of additional program participants rather than from the sale of a product.
On February 8, 2010, the BBB received information from the company regarding its compensation practices. However, the BBB remained concerned as to whether the business model, in practice, truly provided any significant method of compensation which would not require sponsorship of additional program participants.
On March 3, 2010, the BBB requested that the company provide a comprehensive list of third-party clients in an attempt to determine if the company is selling a bona fide product with a true market value.
In response, on April 27, 2010, the company provided the name of one of its major clients. The information provided did not resolve the BBB's concerns as to whether the company was selling a bona fide product with a true market value. In fact, the client's identity only raised more concerns, which the BBB communicated to the company.
On May 25, 2010, the BBB closed its inquiry with Narc Technologies noting the fact that the company failed to provide specific information which would eliminate the BBB's suspicion of the existence of a pyramid promotional scheme.
As of December 10, 2010, the company informed the BBB that it has discontinued the business model in question, and has launched a new business model which offers a technology product.
