Complaint
Standing out door light fell.Guy spent 10 min cutting a wire and said no charge. He said no charge.Today got bill for 193.77.Called company no help.
I looked up a electrician in BBB list, this company had a A+ so I called them. They said they only did commerical business but asked what I needed done. I told them they said they would try to help me any way. ****** ****** said it would cost a lot to get it up again. So I said how much to cut wire and cap it off. He said he would not charge me and I thanked him, He gave me his card and I signed work order that had no cost on it, and he left. Cause I would never spend that amount on what needed to be done. I called them and they are not backing down, said they would have their president call me.And it says if not paid in 15Days there would be a 5% finance fee. Fraud that's what happened.

Desired Settlement
To send me a zero invoice with a apologize.

On May 13, 2014 a residential customer, ******* ******** called account manager ******* ****** letting her know that a light pole in the front of her house had come down storming the last night's storm, The pole light was hers, not the cities.******* told her we do not do residential but would try to help her out as she let us know she was a senior citizen. ******* told her we charge for drive time and that we have a Master Electrician, ****** ****** available. ******* told her we charge $89.50/hr. and time and a half for same day service but would only charge her the regular rate. She was told we have a 2 hour minimum that includes drive time. When ****** was on site, he told Mrs. ******** that it would cost a lot of money to replace the pole light but he could render it electrically safe. ****** told her after she asked how much was the charge, that "He had no idea and that he is not in charge of the billing." She signed the work order and ****** left with wires electrically safe and the pole was set in front of her bushed in front of her house. ****** was on-site from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Drive time was 30 minutes.

**** ****, Vice President, called Mrs. ******** after she called and refused to pay. I apologized and told her I was sorry for any inconvenience we caused her, however I was glad that my Master Electrician was able to render her pole light safe. I explained to her that ******* had told her we charge $89.50/hr. with a 2 hour minimum. I asked her how much she thought our time was worth. She said $69.00. So I told her to disregard the invoice and take the $69.00 that she would pay us and use that money to take a friend out to eat. I told her I was writing "No Charge" on my invoice and to have a nice day.

In was never quoted a cost. And I would never accept that price. As long as I get a zero bill. I tried to talk them out of coming because it was to far for them. They insisted on coming anyway. ****** said there would be no charge.
