Complaint
It's been two month already bringing my car to this shop.and still engine check turn ON after one day driving.
It started last march that my toyota sequia got engine check they said it about air censor.they changed a lot of parts until now is not fixed.

Desired Settlement
Refund so we can toyota dealer.

Customer came into the office today and was refunded her money. Issue is resolved.

TERRIBLE PLACE!!! I took my car to a local transmission shop after they ran the computer check they said it wasn't transmission but a restricted exhaust issue, they said the C02 sensor was showing bad and referred me to J's alignment and muffler. To make sure J's had the right information we had the transmission shop call them before we left to explain issue. We take the car to J's and again discuss the issue. Next day at noon haven't heard from them so we call and they say they replaced the resignator it was leaking and that will be 69.00 (didn't ask just did it). I was confused thinking we were looking for a restriction not a leak so questioned them when picking it up. Mechanic had no idea what we were talking about said he wasn't told to look for restriction let him put back on rack and check out. Hour and a half later they call its a converter another 225 so they fix it. We go get it drive off and engine light comes on(in meantime they are calling telling me to bring back they forgot to clear). Turn around go back engine light won't clear now they say we need C02 sensor (remember this is what the transmission place told them on the first place). It was past closing time and we had been doing this for 2 1/2 hours so they said they would look for part next day. We call the next morning stating the fact we have spent 300 and still not fixed and they tell us if we go find the part they will put it on. They offer no refund on anything and take no blameThe guy who wrote ticket said he wrote issue on back and mechanic didn't read it. That is the best we got from them. Then they hung up on us!!!!! So unless you like to throw money away and drive off with your engine light still on and car broken DON'T go here!! I hope this saves someone else!!

Refund of the 69 dollars I paid that I did not authorize or take my car in there for.

To Whom It May Concern:
Ms. ****** ****** was referred to us because they had an exhaust problem. After examining the vehicle
we found a leak on the resonator. We also found the restriction was the catalytic convertor and the 02
sensors needed to be replaced. The clients car was leaking and had other problems as well. If at
anytime the Client felt that the resonator was not needed then she should of said so and we would of
not charged her for it. If at anytime the client was not satisfied she should of spoken to me and we could
of worked something out and not charged her the 69.00 but she never said she was unhappy with our
service and paid the bill. If client still wants her 69.00 back she needs to contact me and I will gladly
refund it ...

Never fixed original problem the truck was brought in for.
The truck was brought in for repair on 7/10/15. It was discussed that the truck was "rapping" out on acceleration. There was basically a problem getting any speed upon acceleration. The manager J. said that they needed to perform a diagnostic check. We agreed to pay for that. Upon diagnostic they recommended a throttle assembly, new battery, tune up and replace 3 of the coils. We agreed and paid 692.30. In the meantime they said the motor mounts were out and that needed to be done as well so we paid an additional 588.68 which is not contesting at this time. When the truck was picked up the total amount paid to J's was 1355.68. I was assured that the truck was fixed and J told me he drove it around to check himself. It was not fixed and still has the same problem. When I called back he told me "oh, it must be the transmission" and that would be more money. If the car was put on diagnostics why didn't he tell us from the beginning that was causing the acceleration issue. Either the diagnostics was never done or they are incompetent. The truck is running worse than before we took it in there.

Desired Settlement
Repayment of 692.30 that was charged to us and never fixed the problem. I wouldn't want them to try and fix it because I don't believe they know how.
