just hail promised me $900 once my car was done and they received payment from the insurance co. and now they are not honoring that
employes from just hail came to my work and said they were looking for cars in the are that had hail damage and they could have them fixed and take care of everything, i talked to me insurance and they said they wanted to cut me the check so i call charlie the manager at just hail and told him i wanted to shop around at which time he stated that my car was already being prepped and that i would have to pay for that but what he could do is do my car and give me $800 back and have no deductable after the car was finished. he stated the repairs would be areound $3500 so that was a good deal. insurance paid him $5883.00 and now he says they are not going to give me the $800 or the $100 sign up bonus that we agreed on. they also did a coworkers van and she told them her van was no there that day but was up north where they were camping and he said thats ok he can get it fixed by her insurance anyways.

We did everything we said we would do for Ms. ******** and then some. We completed the work on schedule, we supplied touch up paint from the dealer as requested, and picked up and delivered her vehicle to her. We covered her $500 deductible, provided her a FREE loaner car (value of $350) which she stated she was not satisfied with so we immediately brought her another car to her place of employment.
Ms. ******** requested us to stop repairs half way through the process. We gave her the option of paying for the repairs that were completed or for us to continue. Charlie made an agreement with Ms. ******** that we would do a partial repair to the roof and give her $900 back.
Later we received a phone call from a very unprofessional, rude man, yelling and demanding we give Ms. ******** $1500 and complete all the work. We gave him the options of the previous agreement with Ms. ******** or the 1st SIGNED agreement from October 2, 2013. After he threatened to complain to the insurance company and continue make problems for us we completed full repairs to the vehicle as per the initial SIGNED agreement from October 2, 2013.
There was no written estimate of $3500 that price was mentioned over the phone (before we had even seen the car) as an idea of what the repairs where averaging in her area, not an estimate at all. Her vehicle was filthy and has an aluminum hood, extended roof panel, and more dents than most. Very difficult to repair job but we were diligent and gave an excellent repair.
At the time of delivery, Ms. ******** shook my hand and said she was satisfied with the repair and was provided a check for $500 cash back and she stated that she would refer us to others.
