Complaint
I traded in my vehicle two weeks ago. The dealership has dragged its feet on paying off the trade in. My bank took the car payment out of my acct.
I want my money back that was withdrawn out of my account by USAA.

Desired Settlement
I want Stanley Chevrolet to finish the loan and refund the car payment I made on October 15 for a vehicle I haven't had in over two weeks.

In response to the complaint filed byMr. ***** ********; Mr. ******** purchased a2011 Chevrolet Traverse on
9/27/14 with USM Federal Savings Bank as the lienholder. During this transaction Mr. ******** traded ina 2006
Dodge Ram XXXX XWD with Vehicle Identification number ending in6SXXXXXX, which was also financed through
USM Federal Savings Bank.
Mr. ******** provided Stanley Chevrolet with asight draft from USM Federal Saving Bank to pay forthe vehicle
purchased. The Sight Draft was completed and faxed over toUSAA forpayment. USM refused to pay the sight draft
because it was written for $0.02 over the approved loan amount. Because ofthis USM sent us anew Sight Draft in
which we completed and submitted for payment.
Stanley Chevrolet's policy is that we donot pay customer trades offuntil we receive payment forthe vehicle that is
being purchased. Mr. ******** had an agreement with USAA to have his payments automatic withdrawn from his
account forthe trade unit. This agreement should have been cancelled byMr. ******** when he traded his vehicle in
to Stanley Chevrolet toprevent future payments to be withdrawn from his account by USM. Because Mr. ********
failed tocancel the agreement between him and USAA, USAA deducted a payment from Mr. ********' account for
the loan on the trade.
Once payment was received for the vehicle purchased. Stanley Chevrolet paid the trade unit offin the amount that
was agreed upon on the sales contract signed by Mr. ********.
Mr. ******** and USAA contacted the dealership several times individually as well as aconference call and were
giving the same information above. Mr. ******** wanted his payment that was deducted from his account paid back
to him immediately. USAA would not refund Mr. ******** his payment until the payment from Stanley Chevrolet
posted to his account with them.
