They did not put in a 2nd drain and it has ruined our floor and is costing $8275.00 to replace them. The did not do the job right to begin with.
We bought a new Air Conditioning system from All Systems Air Conditioning in 2006 and we just found out that they did not put in a secondary drain and also did not put in the electrical breaker in correctly. The drain backed up on July 4th weekend and we were not at home and it flooded our home and ruined our hard wood floors and it is costing us $8275.00 to replace them. We also found out in January that they did not do the electrical breaker in correctly and that we almost had a fire. They came to fix it but said it was not done right and we needed to get a electrician to do the job correctly. We do not have the money to fix our floor unless we put a claim on our home owners insurance claim in. We would like to have All Systems compensate us for the ruined floors so that we do not have to use our home owners insurance, because they did not put the secondary drain to keep the AC unit from flooding the house.

Desired Settlement
The settlement we are requesting is for them to fix the electrical wiring and also replace our damage floors from the flooding caused from not installing the secondary drain. The settlement is in the amount of the estimate of $8275.00.

In response to the BBB Complaint to All Systems.
All Systems has reviewed the allegations filed against our company that has no supporting
documentation filed with it . In our review we found these claims are unwarranted .
In 2006 All Systems quoted replacement of the existing AC and Heating system per the customer
request , the equipment was installed according to our bid and signed proposal from the customer
dated 9/25/2006. . Attached documents signed by customer .
All Systems honored our installation warranty and continued to provide services at the customer
request for repairs to the manufactures equipment . The system installed has been operational for
the past 7.5+ years.
All systems has been reaching out by email, phone and mail since the last services of 12/9/2013
when additional recommendations were made. The BBB complaint of August 2014 is the first we
have heard from them.

The reason they did not hear of this before now is that we were not aware that the AC was install incorrectly. It was not brought to our attention until the insurance claim representative was called to come to assess the damages from the over flow of the AC unit. The insurance adjuster made note that the AC unit did not have a 2nd drain outlet and that it was supposed to have it.
I can attach what the insurance adjuster SOW shows, but I do not know how to do that.
Also the electrical breaker box was brought to our attention by their service technician when he came out in January as they stated. I am not contesting the electrical breaker box, although that does need to be fixed properly.
I am disputing the water damage that was caused from being out of town and then flooding while we were out of town. This was not the first time that the AC drain clogged up and overflowed. But we were here and it did not get on the wood floor and ruin them. The first time that happened was the summer of 2007 and when we called they said put bleach down the drain. We did and I also opened the drain under the sink to make sure it was working. They did not offer to do anything about that then and now it has ruined our floor. I will take this to court if I have to.
