Complaints are regarding sales practice issues. Specifically, customers complain about unauthorized charges for advertising services that were not agreed to.
On August 12, 2016 BBB Dallas notified MultiView that a pattern of complaints had been identified within the past 12 months. Specifically, consumers are alleging sales misrepresentation and/or failure to provide services as agreed to or advertised. BBB has requested that MultiView cooperate with BBB by providing an outline of the steps they shall implement in an effort to eliminate the underlying cause to the pattern of complaints. On August 29, 2016 BBB accepted a response from MultiView as a good-faith attempt of cooperating with BBB at addressing the pattern of complaints. BBB Dallas will monitor the complaint activity for the next 3,6,9, or 12 months to determine if the underlying cause to the pattern of complaints has been eliminated.
