My family has used this Vet for about 20 years. But because of a complaint to said office which was valid they now refuse helping our pets. Office manager is very rude and when she was told of our conversation with front desk the conversation was not repeated in the correct way. She misunderstood or chose to and called client and left a mean voicemail about something that was not said by client. Now even in an emergency situation they would not see our pet who is very sick. They said we are no longer clients of theirs and which vet should they send our Many years of records? Luckily we found a vet to se our fur baby but at the moment she is still at new vet. So I do not know the outcome yet. Even if there is a difference of opinion between vet (not sure he is even aware of problem) and client the vet should **** it up and help an animal (family member) in severe distress. The Doctor there is a good man and has helped us for many years through many fur babies so we cant understand the lack of concern for a patient in pain. This is my opinion and my familys. Such a shame to not do your duty. Good thing hes not a doctor for humans.
