Bama Rv is the worst Rv dealership we have ever dealt with. We brought our camper to them on March 5th 2021 and just got it back July 19th 2021 4 1/2 months later and it came home with more issues than we left it with. And my goodness trying to actually talk to someone that knows what is actually going on with your unit is a joke the read it off a piece of paper half the stuff we asked to be done still didn't get done. And when you call they say they will call you back but never do. We gave them every problem we had with the camper and got it back with a rotten floor in one of our slides that had no issues before sitting on there lot for 4 1/2 months.

Customer dropped off for a roof reseal and slide seals to be replaced and other warranty items. Due to work back log and availability on parts it took some time to complete the Bunk room slide seals in the middle of the FW. Customer contacted the owner, due to time it was taking to complete so the owner Discounted the bill that the customer was paying for by $200.00 also done other warranty work, some parts still on order.

The issue in the new complaint is in a different area in the rear of the camper with a leak and soft floor. We asked if they had done the maintenance required since the purchase in 2017 and customer advised they have preformed there own maintenance since the purchase in 2017 that is required from the Manufacture on the seals and caulk work. In our determination the routine maintenance had not been preformed by a dealer and it looks like it had not been done for over 3+ years based on the tech looking at the condition of the sealant we repaired on the roof and middle slide room. The customer also stated they understood they had a 1-2 year manufacture warranty but had no way to bring to a dealer for 3.5+ years due to no truck to pull it. We apologized for the inconvenience and offered to even pay for the fuel to bring it back in for additional work and would help with a discount on a future bill. We are willing to work the customer to help them out, but issues caused by lack of maintenance is not the dealers responsibility, but if they had documentation of the maintenance they preformed we would work with the manufacture on it.

They called us to let us know our fifth wheel was ready for pick up after 4.5 months, when we went to get on the roof to check the seal work we noticed our ladder was bent and nothing on the roof had been touched, asked what happen to our ladder then they inform us it was backed into the fence we had to leave it and make another trip to get it. They had took off our bent ladder I guess so we couldn't get up there to check behind them again. We get it home several Warranty things that were supposed to be fixed are not fixed. And the slide with the soft floor wasn't sealed at all after paying for seal work...
