            While I appreciate the initial estimate for the work and the efforts made by your team, I have encountered an issue that I believe requires your attention.In the initial estimate, it was outlined that the scope of work would include removing all existing water lines under the home, removing shutoffs and supply lines inside the home, installing new PEX to all fixtures, and tying into the main line with a copper press by PEX adapter. Additionally, the agreement specified the installation of two new PEX hose bibs with black swan plates and the installation of access panels in the hall closet for the hall shower valve.However, upon commencement of the work, it became apparent that not all aspects of the outlined work could be completed. The invoice provided by your company acknowledged these limitations, explicitly noting the tasks that could not be fulfilled.Despite this acknowledgment, I was charged for the replacement of the shower riser on the additional shower, which was one of the tasks your team admitted could not be done. The contract clearly stated the scope of work, and I believe it is not equitable to be charged for services that were ultimately not performed.I understand that unexpected challenges may arise during such projects, but it is my sincere belief that I should be reimbursed for the work that was unable to be completed. I value the professionalism of Mr. *** Plumbing Company and hope we can resolve this matter amicably. invoice number is IN31355 total of $5438.00. job #J16700

            We had a recurring problem and didnt feel we were getting a resolution. I explained my frustration to senior team member and he not only responded to my email within the hour, he and another senior tech were at the house the very next day. They looked over previous work, made reasonable suggestions and offered to do the work at a discount to make up for not having sufficiently addressed the underlying issues previously. This last part was the definition of above and beyond. I not only felt heard but I felt like I had a real solution that would work. Just really excellent customer service and technical expertise. Great bunch of guys who respect customer loyalty.
