            Quality inn Foley are rude and do not care about your needed. I called on June 25 2021 and spoke to the manager and she said she was going to send me a refund back due to my mother having surgery. I received the refund back and saw everything was fine then on the day we were suppose to stay. I see they charged my card for the full amount. When I was told they would not charge my card. Well come to find out someone new took over the businesses and they did not let me know and they charged my card. I really do not understand how you can give a refund back and then take it back making some one over daft in account. I fell like I was treated like crap and it was not handle the way it should have me. I would really like something to be done with this because I do believe no one should have to deal with this and then get treated as if like they do not matter and laugh at you on the phone when trying to explain wants going on. Thank you!
