    Gift Basket Processing: Typically, gift baskets leave the warehouse Mon-Fri within 24-48 hours from when the order is received (transit time excluded). Gift Basket Shipping, Transit & Delivery: Gift baskets ship Mon-Fri by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. (There is no processing, shipping, transit, or delivery on weekends and holidays) Delivery typically takes between 3-6 business days, more or less. However, occasional adverse weather conditions, recipient location, holidays, unexpected carrier delays, and other rare occurrences beyond our control can impact delivery time. We work hard to facilitate the delivery of your order as quickly as possible; however, we do not guarantee a specific date or time of delivery.

    Add gift baskets freely to your shopping cart, especially if you are trying to decide between gift baskets. You are not charged when adding a gift basket to your shopping cart. Before your gift basket purchase is finalized, you will be presented with the opportunity to review, edit, delete or make changes.

    Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?
    A: You will receive a shipment confirmation email and a tracking number when your gift basket ships. You can track the delivery status on our website ORDER STATUS page.

    Q: Can I send a personalized message with my gift Baskets?
    A: Yes, you can! Your baskets will all arrive with your free personalized gift card.

    Q: What is your product substitution policy?
    A: In the rare instance when demand outstrips the supply of a particular item, we reserve the right to replace the item with an item of equal or more excellent value at no additional charge to you.
    Before placing an order, please verify all shipping information. Inaccurate or incomplete recipient information will result in lost, discarded packages, packages by unintended recipients, or returns. Include the correct recipient name, complete physical street address, business name, bldg#, floor#, suite#, apt#, and valid recipient phone numbers for both the sender and recipient of the gift basket. Adorable Gift Baskets is not responsible and will not issue refunds for orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete shipping information. (no exceptions). 
    Residential deliveries do not require a signature and can be left, at the driver's discretion, on the front porch, side door, back porch, apt manager's office, garage area, or other location the driver considers a safe place.

    Q: Do you ship hospital patients?  (Home Delivery Suggested)
    A: We do not recommend shipping to a hospital patient as most patients are discharged from the hospital within 48 hours. In addition, it takes the hospital one or two days after the package arrives for the busy staff to deliver your gift to the patient. Additionally, patients in ICU or other specialized units may not receive the package. We recommend shipping your gift basket to the patient's home address. Adorable Gift Baskets cannot issue refunds, replacements, or re-deliver gifts sent to hospital patients and hotel guests.

    Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
    A: We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Paypal.

    THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM ADORABLE GIFT BASKETS!!My mom ordered from them 10 days ago. They took my mom's money and then they went to a different website and placed the order from the WINE COUNTRY GIFT BASKETS that is half the price. And that is the package that I received. I left multiple messages and no one called back. They dont have social media, no email address and no legit phone number. The name of the person who took my mom's money and placed the order from the Wine Country Gift Baskets is ***************************. The website ADORABLE GIFT BASKETS should be reported and shut down!!!
