No stars can be highlighted, because this business has very substandard customer service, including the owner. 2/8/24 they had a child approximately (8) years old assisting customers and receiving clothing items and delivering garments. I went to pick up my clothes and the little boy wasnt tall enough to carry the garment bags they dragged across the ground and got dirty. The cashier got a snarly so what attitude when I made her aware. Because of her poor customer service, I asked for a manager. The owner comes to the door aggressively , bucking his eyes, and yells at me with the same disgusting attitude. Its not a big deal , the principal was I paid for the cleaning of my garments then to have them get dirty because the business is negligent while Im picking up my clothes. You have a child, in his school uniform doing adult duties. I also assume the young boy is his son. I commended the little boy for his efforts! When its his time to get a job hopefully these horrible traits and characteristics of poor customer service and relations are NOT instilled in him. The kid was more respectful than the adults during this incident. This was highly inappropriate behavior on behalf of the owner and front desk clerk. The owner needs to invest in training of customer service and race relations for himself and employees.They have an underage child doing task, take accountability & rectify any mistakes made in a peaceful and respectful manner.
