              Had a roofc x z put on by this company in 2015. We started having leaks after that. No leaks before they put new roof on. The company came out in 2018 and replaced the boots around vent pipes, because of it leaking. The roof started leaking again in late 2019. Have called several times about this issue! Then was told they can't come out because of covid. Finally, in March of 2021 we contacted them again. The owner of the company came out to supposedly look at roof. He did not even get on the roof to look at it. He said he assumed it was the boots again. Said he would call to make an appointment for them to replace the boots again. 6 weeks later and still no call! I called 5/5/2021 and talked to him again! I asked why did not get on the roof to check it, when he came out. His reply was, he is not insured to get on the roof! Then why didn't you send someone who could get up and see what's going on. It's still leaking and starting to get into my wall. It has messed up my drop ceiling.
