            I had Rebath take out a tub and put in a new walk in shower. When their installer was doing job he called the company and asked them to send out a master plumber. The master plumber came out and did work needed to finish install. I had hot water in whole house but after they were done I only had hot water in shower they installed. I moved into the house later and discovered no hot water. When I called Rebath it took several days to get call back. Finally I spoke with Bill Robinson and he informed me it has nothing to do with what they did. After fighting them for over a week they sent the plumber back out to fix and they had the nerve to charge me $362. and sign off on their responsibility. After paying over $13000. Originally I sure don't think they should have charged me to fix something they screwed up.

            We could not be happier with our rebath experience. Very professional staff, outstanding product, fair pricing. Andy was our sales rep and we highly recommend him for your consultation. Don't waste your time and money with one of these popup bath remodeling companies. Spend the money and have it done by professionals. You will save so much in the long run.
