            dissatisfaction with the service provided to my vehicle at your establishment. On April 18, 2023, I brought my car in due to the persistent issue of the check engine light being illuminated. At that time, the service performed included the replacement of plugs and fuel injection. However, despite this initial intervention, the check engine light reappeared shortly after, prompting another visit to your service department.Upon my car's return to your shop, I was informed that a new engine was deemed necessary. Understandably concerned, I entrusted my vehicle to your care for the next two months as this significant repair was undertaken. Regrettably, the problem persisted even after the engine replacement. Subsequent visits to your service department included further attempts to rectify the issue, such as the replacement of the Cadillac converter and water pump, yet the recurring problem persisted.Despite numerous interventions, the check engine light continued to sporadically illuminate, often remaining off for only brief intervals ranging from 24 to 72 hours before reappearing. This frustrating cycle persisted, ultimately forcing me to make the difficult decision to sell the vehicle at a considerable loss on March 28, 2024.

            An extended warranty on any vehicle should cost something, right? I agree. And I get that each warranty for different make/model may be different in price. Understandable. And I would think that when purchasing that warranty at the dealership that they would be the one honoring that warranty. Agreed?... well how is it that the finance manager there can charge you whatever he feels he wants to for that warranty.. should it not be a set price offered to everyone EQUALLY by Hyundai. You would think! This guy tried to offer it to me for a crazy price, much more than the one my husband purchased on his Tahoe. We said no thank you... then he comes back and offers it $2,000 CHEAPER than before...ummm excuse me... now I'm mad..no furious on what this guy just tried to pull. How is this even allowed. I was so disgusted with the audacity of this guy, I signed the paperwork and left both an unhappy customer and without a fair opportunity to an extended warranty. To think how many people ya'll did wrong. I get a dealership has to make money.. that's on the purchase of the vehicle not the warranty.. because where was that $2000 going he tried to charge the first time..in his pocket??? Never, will I ever purchase from *** Burke or Hyundai or recommend anyone to purchase from them.
