No body should use Joe Hudson's Collision Center! I was force to by ***** Insurance. Otherwise, they would fix my vehicle once, but would not insure the repair if it failed. Had a mild week in Nov. 2019 and I am still coming back for the exact repair!!! I pay my insurance faithfully and I should not be forced to go to a certain repair shop or continue to keep going back when they cam not get it right! I have had to go back to Joe Hudson's to continually replace the side trim on both my driver's side front & back door. I am on my 4th return since 2019 (2 year old wreck) because they keep rolling off!! Every experience has not only been awful, but unprofessional with no hospitality! Especially with the ********* lady at the front desk *************************************************************** ******. Plus, I have had to call asking when the parts were in to schedule the repeated repairs because I had waited 7 wks. The parts had been sitting there for 6 wks. Then when I schedule an appointment to take off work. I get there and the parts have been laying there unpainted. Only for me to leave, miss work again, to come back and relive the horrible experience!! The ONLY reason they have to still be in business is because of a contract with ***** Insurance for manipulating paying customers to have to go to them in order to insurance covering "repair failure."
I encourage everyone NOT to use them or even ***** insurance for that matter.
