What to Look Out For When Hiring Tree Removal Contractors

Often, strong thunderstorms can cause trees to collapse into yards. The Better Business Bureau wants to remind consumers when looking up companies to remove trees or debris, you should first check them out online, according to Charlotte News

Con artists posing as contractors scam homeowners – often asking for upfront fees and say they come back to them after finishing another job but never show up.  You should never pay money upfront but give the money once the work is completed.  Always ask if the contractor is licensed, bonded and insured to protect you, your home and your property in case of damage while the contractor removes the trees.
