Refund and Exchange Policy

CANCELLATION OF SERVICE- Frugal Diva Designz may issue a full refund if notice of cancellation is submitted by the client within 24 hours of signing the Agreement. After the 24 hour period, if work has already begun the refund will be pro-rated at a fee of $25 per hour of work completed by Developer. Furthermore, the Developer also has the right to deduct any third-party payment processing fees.

PROJECT TERMINATION- At any time during the process of your project, the Client and/or Developer may deem it necessary to terminate the project. In the event of project termination, if the cost of services, design, and development hours exceeds any money received by the Developer, a refund will not be given. Depending on how may hours were put in, Developer reserves the right to invoice the client for unpaid hours.

NON-COMMUNICATION- If after repeated attempts by Frugal Diva Designz by email or phone to get started on your project or during the process, client fails to communicate or submit requested materials {deliverables} within (30 days/4 weeks), Designer/Developer {Frugal Diva Designz} will void the initial Agreement as proposed and any monies paid shall be forfeited to Frugal Diva Designz and non-refundable. To reinstate a project, a new proposal must be drafted, Agreement must be made, payment to book your project, and a request for deliverables.

RE-ESTABLISHED PROJECTS- Once a project begins, if after repeated attempts to continue the project the client fails to participate in accordance with the agreed upon project timeline, or becomes otherwise unresponsive to Designer/Developer requests for a period of (2 weeks) all work will be stopped immediately. If this shall occur, the client must submit the next scheduled payment and all requested information. If Client continues to show a lack of communication, the new agreement will be terminated without further notice. Client will forfeit all rights to the work completed and any payments made to Frugal Diva Designz will be non-refundable. Frugal Diva Designz reserves the right to decline additional project requests from clients who doesn't show the ability to take the project seriously by communication and submitting deliverables in a timely fashion.
