Complaint: Official site offered a sign up for a $2 off ****** ******** if you give your email address. The email arrived, but the coupon only said "OOPS, page not found." I contacted the company, they did not honor the advertising. I found complaints online from others while trying to find a way to contact the company, yet they left the coupon offer up, long after it was brought to their attention that it wasn't working. They did not follow through with the advertising, and are ignoring complaints.
Desired Settlement: A follow through of the advertising.
Due to current large in-store retail promotions, our on-line coupon promotions have temporarily ended. They will be back on-line again and available in a few weeks when major in-store promotions have ended. Unfortunately, *** ****** was trying to obtain a coupon right in the midst of the coupons being shut-down.
I was able to get in touch with *** ****** and offer her complimentary product for her frustration and trouble. She was satisfied with that resolution.

Complaint: I asked the pharmacist at ******* if this ******** was safe to take for night sweats and he said yes and also recommended the menopause weight management one as well. I took the crap as directed and started bleeding from it. I contacted the ******** *ebsite and told them about it, and a week or two later someone contacted me and said to try one more box and see if it made a difference . It not only DID nothing to help my night sweats or loss of sleep( it was supposed to help you sleep better as well), but my bleeding never stopped( and still is going on)I bought two boxes at $7.97 each for the night time and 1 box of the weight management one at $16.97. I contacted the same lady again and she asked for all te numbers off the boxes and the prices and said they were sending me a refund as well as letting the makers of the product know that it caused me to have bleeding. So I threw out the empty boxes and awaited my refund, which to this day, one and a half months later still have not recieved!!!
Desired Settlement: I want my money back like the customer service rep told me. I have contacted them via email several times since and they do not respond, plus sent emails to their corporate office and also got no response.This is just rude!!!

My apologies for not responding to the email regarding this complaint. Simply, from the Subject Line, I thought it was a BBB Newsletter. The Subject Line copy is so long that I only read "You have a new message from the BBB serving Connecticut..." My suggestion would be in your email Subject Line to start with the word "Complaint to the BBB regarding your Business". That would have gotten my attention.
I will immediately begin to investigate this. We check website emails from consumers a number of times throughout the day, and have a policy to respond within 48 hours. I will get back to you as soon as possible.
