            When AquaPool opened our pool, they did not two cleaning heads that should have been installed. In addition, they left at least half a dozen plugs in the bottom of our pool. One of these plugs got sucked into our main drain, breaking a valve and causing our pool equipment not to work properly. When we reached out to ask for a technician to fix what they broke, we were told nobody could come for 5 days. After over a week, we had no visit by a technician and no update from the company about when someone could come to service our pool. We ended up hiring a different company and spending over $700 to fix what was broken because AquaPool left things in our pool when it was opened. Needless to say, we will not be using this company again.

            We are sorry you feel this way and that our service technicians let you down. We opened the pool on May 6th, returned on May 7th to install a part that was not left accessible to the service techs that opened the pool, and then also went back May 17th for more repairs. Unfortunately we have no documentation of additional repairs being needed. And we would also like to be paid for the repairs we performed or at least the parts we replaced on 5/17. We would of course always like to repair mistakes our technicians made and continued the relationship if allowed. Again, we apologize for the issues and encourage you to call if ever you would give us another chance.
