              Cathyann misrepresented the condition of the home we made an offer on. It was obvious she knew of issues from a previous offer that fell through and hid as much information as possible. Thus, we ended up doing an inspection and we pulled our offer (after paying for the inspection). We also were aware of a few direct lies being told during negotiation. Lastly, she did not understand what an easement is and did not do any of the work to get the easement documents for the property. We have bought and sold several houses over the years and she rates as the absolute worst real estate agent we had to work with. There are many good agents out there and would highly recommend finding one of them.

              I am sorry that the reviewer feels this way. He is not, and was not, my client (he was the prospective purchaser of one of my listings). With all due respect, his review and statements are completely untrue and unfounded, and I strongly disagree with what he has written. I have been in the real estate business for almost 28 years and have constantly received excellent reviews and feedback from my clients and others as to my abilities, honesty and trustworthiness. My longstanding record of excellence in real estate speaks volumes.
