      Horrific Experience especially with the owner, Chris. I used their service two days ago. They arrived an hour and a half late. They did not protect my furniture, tv, mattress. My mattress was brand new and it looks as if it was dragged through the mud. TV has scratches, antique table has a deep scratch and missing finish, the sleigh bed has been damaged. None of my items were protected. The next morning I texted the owner, Chris to let him know that I never received a copy of the fully executed agreement (which means null & void in the state of CT), I never received their insurance information, and they charged me for an extra 1.5 hours when it should have been one hour. They told me that I could not use my credit card and had to venmo them. At the end of the day, the owner accused me of using the insurance as financial gain, called the Dept of Consumer Protection where my Real Estate license is, called my former broker, and the local board of Realtors trying to get me in "trouble." First, my career has nothing to do with this move nor were they contracted to move any real estate related items. He sent me harassing text messages where I had to block him, and said the he is great at this and to let him know if I wanted to continue...with what I have no idea. Needless to say, I am contacting the BBB and spreading this warning to anyone whom needs a moving company. My advice is, continue on with your peaceful life and avoid unnecessary harassment.

      If I could give zero stars I would. The owner Chris is the most disgusting vile man. He just swore and cursed at us for 5 minutes nonstop because we called with concerns about movers NOT showing up as well as a plethora of other issues which I will list below: 1. The movers forgot to show up/ removed my roommate from The schedule. 2. The movers were visibly under the influence/ high 3. Our friend had to do the heavy lifting and majority of the move FOR THE MOVERS. 4. THEY FORGOT 6 OF HER BOXES. And left them in a hallway of a Cubesmart overnight at risk for being stolen. They still have her company backpack in their truck and and have not returned it. The review about Chris having anger management issues is NOT fake. HE IS A ******* STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.       The reviews here and on Yelp about the poor quality of the service and the deplorable attitude of the owner, Chris, are completely true. They were 5 hours late (never gave us a heads up or expectation of when they would arrive, we had to keep calling), kept us up until 1am finishing the move, did not care for our belongings (wrapped nothing, just threw it all in the truck, they didn't even use the mattress bag that we provided), and Chris had no interest in addressing any of our concerns. I asked him for a receipt after the move in order to see how they accounted for our charges, as there were crew members just sitting around throughout the duration of our move, and he wasn't even able to provide me with a breakdown of the cost. Instead, he tried to convince me that we had been given a $100 discount because he "made an error" in our charge. Chris's communication style is to barrage his customers with streams of angry text messages in an attempt to gaslight and threaten them. This company needs a new owner or needs to go out of business -- do not give them your money.

      Owner is rude, profane, and will verbally abuse you if you ask why they are attempting to charge more after loading the truck. Movers arrived 4 hours late and attempted to charge us more after we already paid $400 for 2 hours. When we called the owner, he responded "you can either argue with me, or pay, otherwise I'll call off my guys." We of course, did not take that positively, and before we could finish a sentence, he yelled some things we couldn't quite discern (as he was being very loud), then screamed "I've been in business for 20 years, you can go f*** yourself," and hung up. Left us stranded at 11pm, our things and boxes left haphazardly in our living room. Extremely unprofessional, and have a documented history of attempting this classic moving scam. Go with a different company.

      After a 2 bedroom move, I would never use this company again. Owner promised 2 trucks, but only came with one. The single truck broke down after being fully loaded. Went back to the house after movers left and saw they forgot a ton of large items on their second trip. Called the owner, asked if he could send another truck the next day, and he said I should get another company to finish the move because he “didn’t like my tone”. I disputed the credit card charge because the move wasn’t complete, and the owner threatened me by saying he lived in the same town. The mover guys were great, but the owner was horrendous. Moving is stressful enough. And there are plenty of other moving companies out there. After our experience, don’t take a chance, just go with someone else.

      Absolutely AWFUL experience with this company. They called me 15 min after they were supposed to arrive for my move, and told me they would be 1.5 hours late. At almost two hours, I called again and they said they’d call me back with an updated estimate but never did, and never apologized for not showing up on time. When I called a second time to ask for the updated estimate, Chris accused me of harassing him and said he was cancelling my move. I told him I needed to be out of my apartment by today and he said he couldn’t help me and to find another moving company. He proceeded to yell at me over the phone, was verbally abusive and hung up on me. I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. They are the most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with and extremely unreliable.

      Scheduled a 2PM move, got to 2:30, nobody showed up so we called. Guy answering the phone was extremely rude. "We are running several hours behind. Don't you understand what several means? Not a couple, not a few, but SEVERAL house behind. We will be lucky to see you by 7PM tonight." We put a $390 deposit down to reverse a time and a date and you can't even call to tell us you are late or apologize? Awful business practices. No apology. No sympathy. Awful. Then he hung up on my husband we he called back to cancel the appoint. (Still haven' received refund back) Then instead of calling us back to speak like a real man or owner. HE TEXTED paragraphs to my phone explaining why he was right. We were too busy loading up the UHAUL we had to rent and fill by ourselves. If I could give negative stars, I would. ***UPDATE*** 13 DAYS LATER NO REFUND SENT. BLOCKED ONE OF OUR TWO PHONE NUMBERS. ***2nd UPDATE*** Blocked both of our numbers without refund. Unfortunately, going to have to call the police. **3rd Update Still no refund. Reported to police. Filing a civil lawsuit at this time** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!
