            In August of 2020 we had a stone patio built, when almost finished they said that the stones have to cure. So they would be back to seal the stonework. In the summer of 2021 we called them several times to finish. They kept saying we will call you we are busy now. They never did call and never showed up. This year May 2022 we called them to tell them the patio has more than one area that are sinking more than an inch deep and more than 3 feet wide and told them they still need to seal the stonework. They said they were in the area and would call, that was weeks ago and no response. Since then I have sent several photos of the sinking and texted them also no response. We request the work to be repaired and finished. For more than $18,000 we would expect better customer service.
