This so-called company should be forced to dissolve. My experience was the same as all the others. Neither my wife nor I can I ever recall signing up for anything and definitely do not remember allowing any recurring charges! I honestly don't believe that this scam company ever informs you of recurring charges, and if they do they hide it well! I was able to search my email back to 2017, and saw no emails from them. (This is probably unrelated, but the real kicker is my wife calls our credit card company every few weeks to get the charges, and swears they never mentioned **************** ever; the only reason I became aware of the charges was looking at the online statement.) But I'll certainly look online Next month, and this account has BETTER be cancelled. I'm considering lodging a complaint with the attorney general in any event. Something has to be wrong here, look at all the other complaints here as well as those on other websites, we can't all be blind to the fine print!Clarus Commerce, LLC Response

This comment is for Clarus Commerce, who has a 'free shipping' offer if you order from ***** online. They did refund all the money they charged me. I appreciate that, but had I not left the negative review that I did here on the better business bureau, they would not have refunded more than the few months that they already did when I called them to complain. My complaint remains. It is that they are deceptive. You don't even know you are signing up with them. You don't realize that they are going to charge your card every month, regardless if you are using their services or not. Perhaps they did warn me, but I always look for catches like the recurring charges, and this is the first time I've been caught. And again, many other reviews have said the same: Recurring charges they didn't know about and they weren't even aware they were signing up.Review from Jeremy W

I completed my order my elderly pet's medications on ***** and was prompted by FreeShipping.com to receive a $10 rebate on my order. Why wouldn't I seize the opportunity? I since was charged $2.00, then $19.00 from FreeShipping.com for absolutely nothing! I don't want to be a member to a company who doesn't even give me my rebate! Why would I pay double for a rebate? Fraud! Crooks! Unfathomable. I signed up with **** *** **** ******* attached itself without my knowledge. I just noticed $19.00 debited from my **** and it has been since I signed up with **** 6 month ago. I contacted **** ******* and they said they were only authorized to refund 1/2 of my funds $76.00. I want all of my money. How can a business attach their shopping service unbeknowst to the customer of another business? I had to select a star rating in order for this to be added to review, but I was not going to provide one since I was a victim of fraud from this company.Clarus Commerce, LLC Response

On 12/16/2023 I posted a report. On 12/19/23 I was told I would be hearing from customer service team (not sure what they can do) I never heard from them. Not sure what they can do as I tried that avenue "5" times. All customer service team work remotely . I was told, they can only "see so much" ... that I need to talk to a supervisor . Like that will ever happen ! It's now going into 7 MONTHS ! I am STILL waiting for my 07/01/23 check to be re-issued I will be canceling my membership If I don't hear from someone.Clarus Commerce, LLC Response

I noticed on 12/22/23 that I was being charged $19.00 from a company called **************** I have never heard of the company I called them an they saud they were a free shipping company. I asked how long have they been taking money out of my acct and why. They informed me that I signed up on 12/5/22 and the money started coming out in 1/5/23 I told them I never signed up for this company they said when Burlington store offered me a 15% discount that's how I signed up. I informed them I never signed up for free shipping I don't need free shipping and I've never used it since the money has been coming out. They agreed I've never used it but that's not there problem it was there for me. I asked for a refund they took 1,400.00 out of my acct they saud they could only refund me $76.00 they refunded me $19.00 my bank had to take $57.00 from them to refund me. Which totaled $76.00. That company is a scam company which needs to be stopped. I'm a senior and I need my money..Clarus Commerce, LLC Response

Got an advertisement from Mercari for free $10 cash back from them. Decided to try it out and instead of getting cash back, they immediately started making multiple charges to my account. I ultimately had to freeze my account, cancel my card, and dispute the charges. SCAMMERS. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFORMATION.Clarus Commerce, LLC Response

somehow this company was charging me as a subscriber for a year - before my husband saw the charge for 19.00 on our visa and ask me what it was about. neither of us even knew what this company was - nor did we sign up for anything. when i contacted FreeShipping.com they refused to do anything more than refund me 4 months - after pressuring - told me a supervisor would contact me & they never did. when i called back - they refused to let me talk to anybody else that would listen to my information and they disconnected me. this company needs to be shut down - they are have fraudulent charges to consumers and do nothing about it. ****** ********* * **** **Clarus Commerce, LLC Response

If they had 0 stars , that is what I would give. I received my July 2023 rebate check. Unfortunately It was damaged, some of the numbers on the bottom left had been torn off. I have been contacting the for 5 months. "5" times I was told I would be getting a new check. Now they are telling me the check was cashed. That is impossible because I have the check in hand "not signed". This is insane. I am going to cancel if it isn't resolved soon. Figured I would try this avenue first .Clarus Commerce, LLC Response
